RABBITS - baby rabbit born with a weird red liquid filled bump...

Hi, I raise rabbits for meat and have had a lot (hundreds) of babies born and have never before seen this. I have a new doe who just gave birth to her first litter and one of the babies has a red bump on its back that looks like it's filled with liquid. Just curious if anyone would know what it is or has seen something like it before?

A picture would help but my first thought is possibly a meningocele, which is basically a congenital deformation in which the spinal cord does nt develop properly and some of the contents of the spinal cord protrude outwards forming a fluid filled cyst under the skin. This is only a guess though, as we would need more information to be more sure.
