I got 3 rabbits. Surprise from my dh. Can they be on a sand floor? that is what's in my coop now. I don't have chicken yet ordering this week . What the info I need for keeping chickens and rabbits together?

Keeping chickens and rabbits together is not really a great idea. A rabbit and a pullet of mine were best friends as youngsters, but as they get older they pick on each other. The rabbits bite and the chickens peck and chase. They need room to themselves as chickens are always moving around and rabbits like to laze. IME, paper/cardboard flooring with hay bedding is to be preferred over sand for rabbits, but sand would work in a chicken coop because it's dry.
