Live traps can last years and help you remove many many coons. the most successful opperations employ many methods to remove preditors. But for you money a $30 live trap is very usefull.

I agree that live traps work great,if the critter is not trap smart,I have caught several coons using live traps,,mostly young coons but had to resort to other methods for the older,smarter raccoons,once a predator is trapped and released,its almost impossible to trap him again,especially an old raccoon
