Ragged looking birds

I don't think any of my chickens should be molting right now but all of them except one all have raggedy looking patches on their backs. Another has a bare spot on her wing and near her eye. The worst one of all looks like we just need to euthanize her. I'm not sure if she has Bumble feet or what her deal is but she can barely walk and has nothing but pin feathers on her back. She has been this way for several months and just continues to go down hill. One seemingly healthy chicken randomly died the other day so now I'm starting to wonder if the really ragged-looking one is possibly spreading something. I do have a pretty active rooster but he does not seem to be overly violent but now I am wondering if that can be part of the problem. I'm attaching pictures of a couple of the more ragged ones but I do not have any of the one that looks the worst

Your rooster is treading on the hens and possibly picking feathers, though the hens may be picking each other. You can take the rooster out for a while, or put aprons on your hens. What is your hen:rooster ratio?

Also you could up the girls protein intake for a while to help them grow back feathers.
What do you feed them?

I feed them laying crumble from our local co-op, let them free range when I can, and lots of vegetable scraps. I have 7 hens (one randomly died 2 weeks ago) and 1 roo. I never see them picking at one another but if course I'm not around all the time. I do sometimes throw crushed egg shells in their run too.

Oh it is lice. Horrible infestation. After another died I decided to treat them just in case. As we were applying powder we saw SO many bugs. Maybe mites too. Now we're cleaning EVERYTHING.

Lice and mites literally suck the life right out of them.
Pick up some permethrin based spray and use it to treat every crack of the coop too.

We've dusted them twice and ill be spraying the coop a second time tonight. So so gross! Fortunately we only have one with nits but they are huge. I tried to remove them last night to no avail. If she still has any nits the next time we dust her I'm just going to cut the feathers.

You can use the spray on chickens too.
I find the sprays work better then the dusts...just my opinion though.
