Can my pekin ducklings go outside when it's raining? I don't believe they are waterproof yet... it's not a warm rain but I just keep thinking how much fun they might have in the rain? I don't want them to get too cold though. Would appreciate any input.

I don't think so. They aren't yellow anymore. But they still seem a little fluffy. Sorry, I'm really new at this and learning.

What’s the temperature where you are? I think as long as it’s high 50s-60s you could definitely take them out for about 15-20 minutes and then bring them back in to dry off and warm up.

It's only 45. Way too cold for the little quackers, then. Darn it. Thank you!

I don’t know if that’s usual for where you are in the world—I’m in the southeast US and it’s still getting down into the 30s at night 🥶. Hope it warms up soon so your quacks can play outside!

Me too!!! It's warm one day, cold the next! I hate it!! The poor babies!
