raising baby chicks

i’m using a incubator for my baby chicks how many times should i take them out for food or water or should i get red lamp or other things to keep it warm ?

Once the chicks are dry they need to go into a brooder, not the incubator. People use all kinds of things the chicks have room to move around in and you can keep one part of it warm (about 85°F) and another area cooler so they can move to the area they are comfortable in. Some keep it a bit cooler than that and use what's called a mama heating pad that they can snuggle under to warm themselves. You need feeders and waterers as well.
