Raising chickens in Mae Taeng, Chiang Mai, Thailand

Hi, my name is Dave. I live with my wife Ruth in Mae Taeng, Chiang Mai, Thailand. We would like to raise a small flock of dual purpose chickens. We would like to find Rhode Island Reds or similar breed of chickens to start our flock. I would appreciate any information on where to buy chickens in Chiang Mai.
