I was able to find this information two ways.

Our county has a website that lists all the codes, including trash, recycling, etc.

You can call your county and ask them, They will get you someone who knows.

I just bought a house in town in Purcellville, and it has an old chicken coop in back. What I found on-line said no animal shelters within 60 feet of a proerty line: well my entire lot is not even 60 feet wide. I may sneek a few in anyway, as the coop is at the back of the property, which abuts the backs of the neighbors property, not right by the houses.

Anyone in town in Purcellville keep chix?
