Raising pheasants in Kentucky, permit questions

Hi everyone, I've been through the posts, read the Ky regs and still not sure what I need to get.I plan on purchasing 1000 pheasants, I will be selling and breeding them. Anyone in Kentucky that is doing the same please let me know the process I need to go thru.

Your best bet is to contact your local fish and game and get it straight from them.
