My Dh says that he will do it as I mentioned he hunts. But..... He said that all he was going to do was clean and skin just like the turkeys he harvests. So what I will be getting is skinned chicken unless I want to do the plucking. Not sure if I'm up for that job, not because of the chicken I raised and just butchered
but because of the time involved plucking the feathers. Does someone really have a fool proof way of doing that? I might consider working on one of them.
