Raising show birds-need tips

Hi, i'm raising show birds for my FFA chapter in Harker Heights, and I need some tips on raising them....
Such as ....Culling(gasp)...Show standard....proper diet...ect.
This is my first time and I'm a little lost, also I have to slaughter 18 of 'em in early march

So pease... help me.

They are Pullorum-Typhoid clean meat strain chicks..2 days old today.

Don't worry about the slaughtering just now. Just name them things like StirFry, McNugget, Cordon Bleu, Caccitore and Kiev.

You may want to pop over to the 'meat bird' forum for tips on raising them.
