Ran over chix foot with tractor

I have meet birds I'm raising right now and when I went to move the tractor I set the tractor down and one of the legs of the baby chicks there five weeks old
what should i do,

separated him I am assuming it's just bruised there really is nothing to see, no broken skin

hobbles for the most part. i put a incandescent bulb over her to keep her warmer and her water and food is nearby.
can she take baby asprin?
