Random Dog musings

So my wife and I have one dog each and three free loaders they just care for the 7AM/PM feeding schedule. DW's dog is Dippity Dog Malinois. I'm not a fan of sloppy kissy slobery orally fixated breeds and he has that in spades. I rescued a street dog about 3 years ago though who is a lightweight 40ish pound Heeler. She has been practicing solid social distancing ever since. She stares longingly in my eyes and lives only to please me. She has the Malinois scared as she can go from zero to evil in 0.125 seconds if you get between us or violate her social space. She isn't excessive with her correctional training but she is fast about it. I like her and all our dogs are cat and chicken safe and they are not too interested in sharing the property with any other vertebrates. It is a nice little pack we have going here. DW's dog still manages to drop totally slobbered up toys in my lap.

Did you find a home for the GP?

No the GP is still next door with the neighbors. We tried and gave it a solid week of effort to rehome. Facebooking and followed every lead we could turn up.
