Cackle has that color... I wasn't sure because of the splash in the wing so I still wouldn't say it as a means of selling him. They have splash, too, so you'd have to wait and see.

Actually, the sexed chicks are indeed from Cackle, but this little OEGB is from TSC and confirmed to have hatched at Hoover.
