Lottle could be a buff Leghorn. Lily is a Delaware. Not sure about Fiona. What hatchery did you buy them from? That would help narrow it down.

Yes, they do, they are just listed separately from their whites, and called Rare Leghorns (you can find them under White Egg Layers).. they have Buff, Light Brown, Dark Brown, Red, and even Rosecomb Browns.
