RANT--DH already started eating Xmas Dinner

My family is Hamtamck Polish and so our Xmas Eve dinner consisted of the usual--creamed herring, kielbasa, ham, pumpernickel bread, etc... My father got a case of potato pierogi from Markowicz, the Polish market in Detroit and gave us 2 dozen for our Xmas dinner. We came home from my father's and we had only been home about 20 min. when DH heated up a dozen pierogi, ate six and said he was saving the rest for a midnight snack. I may have eat some ice cream and put the other dozen in the hollowed out ice cream bucket (it's 6 qts)

Anyone else's spouse get into food that they shouldn't?

All the time. But usually it's the kids, teenager and approaching teenager...they sure eat alot

I am sorry, those darn husbands always thinking with their stomachs. I've actually put mine to work tonight finishing up the Xmas cookie baking...Merry Christmas.

That is honestly the story of my life. My husband already started eating the raw cookie dough for Santa...........now that p-d me off.

Christmas dinner???? Thank goodness I don't have to cook for anyone but the kids b/c if I did I wouldn't have anything on hand to prepare. My two oldest boys eat me out of house and home. I never have what I need on hand for very long. It's like they go through everything the day I bring it home from the store. LOL

I have to wait til the last minute to cook everything because no matter how tightly wrapped it is, they get into it. ALL OF THEM!!!!
