I am looking for a breed that matches this description:

Black
Feathered feet
Rare
Bantam
bearded
Not to known ( name )

One person here on BYC has them. There is also a huge statue of them or something?

d'Anvers aren't feather legged. What you described sounds more like a d'Uccle.

BREDA FOWL and sorry they are not full black, you can get blues and lavender.
