I don't have rare duck species.
But some day I hope to get wood duck pair with a aviary and everything.
So I can start to breed them and hopefully someday get different beautiful colors.
So what rare duck you have? Color, species, etc.
Also post some pictures of your wonderful ducks/duckling/s too if you would like.

no one has rare ducks. qq

I have Silver Appleyard duck. There was less than 150 breeding pairs in 2000 and they are on the critical list of the ALBC. In the past I've also raised Manderian Ducks

I'd love to keep ornamental ducks one day but don't currently have the time or space for them.

Thank You! I breed White Indian Runners, Blue and Black Muscovys, and Silver Appleyards

I don't think any of my ducks are rare, but I may have an unusal variety. Call ducks, mandarin, wood ducks, ring teal, white cheeked whisteling ducks, black bellied tree ducks, east indie ducks. Unusual for nevada anyway. I love them all! They are so cute, funny and entertaining. Alot of work too, but well worth it.
