Rash on my drake ducks bill

Hi so I’ve been noticing their slightly pinkish rash start forming on my pekins bill... it is sorta where the feathers connect and I’m wondering if it’s normal because it is winter here or if I should be concerned... I’ve only had ducks since this May and I raised him from 4 days old so I’m not quite sure what to do... thanks

That coloration is often seen in ducks, nothing to really fret about.
