Rat or baby possum tracks?

Hey all! Went out this morning to take care of the ducks and found some little hand prints around the pond. Just wondering if anyone can tell me if this is a rat or a lil baby possum.

I would say rat but I could be wrong

Hard to say...you'd think if they were baby opossum tracks that there'd be mama opossum tracks nearby. I'm gonna go with rat due to lack of big mama tracks alongside them as well as I think opossum tracks tend to have a more rounded quality to the heel of the paw and these look more narrow.
