Rcom20 Max temperature issues...

Hi everyone, just wondering if anyone has had issues with the Rcom20 max temperature? I bought this incubator 2nd hand but even after calibration the incubator reads 37.5 but the 3 thermometers inside read about 30.2...... ive now raised the temperature to 42 and it’s still reading low 30s according to the internal thermometers.

You should calibrate all of the thermometers to see which one is right, if any.

I go by this guide since it calibrates at around incubation temperature but even medical thermometers can be a little off. That in my opinion is a better method than the freezing or boiling test since they can be right at those temps and then be wrong at 37.5 C.
