Re buying from McMurray Hatchery

I was looking on craigslist and someone had put this up Murray McMurray Laying Hens for Sale - $4
Is that a good deal or not?

Baby chicks will run you $2.50-$3.00 each + shipping. If the hens are in good shape medically, the price seems right.

I would think that if the birds are healthy, that the seller is barely breaking even with what it cost him to raise them to that point. It seems a good deal to me.
