Re-homing a rooster

[Cage a Poules]

When I received my baby chicks from the hatchery, they included a "surprise" one, that has turned out to be a rooster. He is 11 weeks old and a Cochin. I cannot keep him and I am trying to find a new home. Any suggestions? I live North of Seattle.
