Unfortunately we Are having to get rid of our 4 guinea fowl who are 5months old, do the new owners need to keep them in a cage for x amount of time so they don't run away and get used to where they live? Thanks!

Adult guineas when relocated need to be penned for around 6 weeks to learn that it is now their home. Keets catch on pretty quick but adults take time.

Releasing some while keeping the others penned can help to keep the released ones coming back. Alternating which ones get out can also help.
