4 yr old frizzle hen was lethargic (and has a naked back from an overzealouse roo). Glenda Heywood suggested the probiotic mash with vitamins, and it worked after 1st feeding! I'm totally sold on that mixture (I added 1 drained fish oil pill)...she's still in the house, but I was really glad to see that dried blob in her cage this morning. I'll keep up the feeding of the mixture as suggested. One question - how long does the mixture last in the fridge?
