Real Rooster Breed or Not?

I found this picture on the web with no explanation as to what kind of chicken/fowl it was. Is this a real breed of chicken/fowl or has it been "photo shopped?"

I think the comb is photo shopped and the body looks like it could be real

It's not photoshopped. It's a Green Junglefowl male. Very difficult to find for sale and very expensive when you do find them. That is actually its real comb (not photoshopped). Amazing, isn't it?
