Really bad condition chick...

Guys, I just want to ask about a problem about abnormal chicks.
Yesterday, 4 eggs hatched and one of the chicks looks abnormal. It's neck was stiff facing only one side. At first I thought the mother stepped on it, but I checked again and I saw that it's feet had extra toes. Basically, it's got a hard time eating and I have to feed it by hand. I just thought that there is no way it's going to live very long.
Should I put it down guys or just let die on it's own? Because it's going to die sooner or later. I just don't want to see it suffer yet I don't want to put it down either. It's hard. Really. Any comforting words?

putting down cute baby chicks is really hard, but sometimes its what's best for them. I use a really sharp pair of pruning shears and clip the head off. Do the deed inside a paper bag and you never have to see a thing, burn or bury afterwards. Good luck and sorry about your chick.
