I paid extra for Priority Shipping---my order shipped postage due---$4.30!!! I was at a doctor appointment---so the worms were not left!!!!
That was three days ago!!! I suppose the dead worms are in a trash can at the P.O.
Exotic Nutrition is stating the hot weather policy; saying I should have paid for ice packs in my shipment---! Dang nickel & DIME & ya don't they!!!
I am livid! 5000 dead worms----and I'm out $$$$
I always got live worms from Uncle Jim's. They even sent a replacement for an order I had about one third of a 6000 order die!!!!
