Really hope my frustration with farm and home is unwarranted. Are my pullets actually pullets?

So long story short. Two years ago we got two handmedown down chickens....

Of course immediately decided that was not enough and bought four more. Straight run. It was 2 roosters and 2 hens. The two hens never did well. One of the first hens also died and then last spring I turned our shed to a coop.

So I bought 8 more chicks. Sexed. Female. 2 of the four RIRs were roos. Got "gifted" a hen. So that means 4 roos 8 hens. First handmedown hen died. 7 hens. I can't bring myself to kill the roosters. It's not their fault they crow!.... Really loud... at 3 in the morning.. or anytime they feel like 24 hours a day really!😖😂 and they don't really fight with each other but our hens are just run ragged of course.

So now in the present. About a month ago bought 5 SEXED PULLETS. and now I'm very concerned MORE THAN ONE is a roo in disguise. It was 2 silver laced wynadottes, 2 mystic oynx (ended up giving us 1 mystic and OOPS 1 sapphire gem), and 1 starlight green egger...they currently reside in the spare room I'm about to tear the carpet out of. The starlight and silvers are so sweet and friendly. The mystic and the sapphire want NOTHING to do with us. We definitely do not need anymore roos. And if I seriously got 5 sexed chicks and ended up with roos.... well that's the story of my life so it will just fit right in... BUT I WILL STILL BE MAD AND SHAKE MY FIST AT FARM AND HOME...You know since I can't do it to hoover hatchery.. where they get them.. and this is their job...and this is what they do... but you know... that's neither here nor there.😑🫠

I will let you tell me what you think.

p.s. dont mind the lavender orppys and silkies. They are just here for the party 😂

Sapphire Gems are autosexing as males are barred and females have no barring, so if your Gem is really a Gem, it's a little cockerel. However, all the others look like pullets so far. I believe Mystic Onyx is autosexing as well and only females are all black at hatch so if yours popped out pure black then it's a definite girl.
