really worried setting on my hands

Chicks have pipped around 9:00 am not much progress, I have to set on my hands I want to help. I know I have to wait 24 hours, I know they will be ok, humidity between 70% and 80%. These are my marans I am so worried. I wish they would pop out.

We were like that too, watch a movie or sit here with us, just stay occupied.

hey good luck with them ,but in my oppion I have lots of Marans hatching right now,and I think the humity is a little to high. you do know that babies can drown in the shell you might want to drop it to about 65% humity and about 101.5 to102 temp and good luck

OK i opened a vent hole all the way dropped humid. down to 69% ,cooking supper, staying away from incubator.
