Reassurance?

Hey guys! So my little ones are about "3 weeks old" at this point..and im concerned about 1 of them. 3 of the 4 are turning much faster with shorter tails, but the one in question has a longer tail(she? is the one I think is older than the others)but im questioning what sex they actually are.

Uploaded is the one in question..they have the brown, but the tail is doing it for me..

'Tail' is a very inaccurate indicator of gender. If the chicks pictured are red sex links of some sort, all are pullets.

They are suppose to be pullets, her tail feathers are just throwing me off since they're longer than the other girls, while the other girls are browning faster than she is. Thank you though

It’sa little young to tell. Fun fact: Sebright chickens all have hen tails, regardless of gender.
