Hi yall! I just made some treats for my puppers and was thinking it would be great to share our favorite pet recipes! Whether you cook for the dogs, cats, poultry, horses, parrots...Basically ANYTHING!! share your favorite recipes here!

Freya Burgers

1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef (85/15 or leaner)
1 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1 med potato, grated
1 medium carrots, grated

Mix everything together. Scoop 3/4 cupfuls onto a baking sheet lined with foil. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.

Makes 8 burgers. Use in place of a meal, not a treat.

Doggie treats!
1½ cup flour
½ cup peanut butter
½ (add more if needed) cup water
¼ cup crushed dog treats/food

Frosting:
1 tablespoonful peanut butter
2 tablespoon plain greek yogert
a little less then ¼ cup corn starch
2 tablespoon hot water

Roll out and use cookie cutters or roll into small balls. Bake in oven at 350°F for 18 to 20 minutes. Drizzle with Frosting!

Yes. Our dog, Freya, gets one for dinner. She weighs about 60 pounds, so you can judge the serving size. She gets kibble for breakfast and lunch.
