High On Summertime
I don't make treats for my cats - I buy them - but they get a piece of whatever I'm eating at dinner. 
But I do make cookies for my chickens if that counts! I just mix their feed, scratch grains, molasses, and whatever I have in my refrigerator that has gone bad and they can eat! They love it and it provides lots of entertainment.
