Record Keeping...Is there a standard Form?

Since my Horses and Dogs are a "business" , I need to find some type of record keeping system for the Chickens.
I have checked some sites and don't see any kind of book or forms.
Anyone got any ideas or sites I can go to?
I have a standard form I use for reconciling my receipts for the horses and dogs, but I also have forms that I keep track of individual expenses for each horse/dog.

I would love to find something that would list the chickens, hatch/acquire date , and then have something for the hatches produced from each pair or eggs sold from each pair.
I think the laying hens I can likely do a lot easier, just keep track of # collected and # sold.

If I can't find anything, I guess I will be spending some time on excel making something.

I just keep a notebook and write down everthing in detail.

If you send me an email, I'd be happy to send you a tracking sheet I use. It is in Excel, so you would need to have that program installed on your computer for it to work.
