One of my chickens has had all her tail feathers, back feathers, and feathers under her wing pulled out, so about 1/3 of her feathers. Her wounds are scabbed over and she seems to be doing fine. My question is, without her feathers should I not open the coop windows until its warmer? I have a Woods coop. It's still dropping into the high 30s at night. Any advice appreciated.

Are they all confined to a coop or do they go outside in a run or yard?
You would have to be the judge of whether windows should be opened and if she can withstand your temperatures - you know the damage your hen has along with your weather conditions.
If the weather is nice during the day, open the windows, close them at night as the temps drop.
