Thanks! The girls are RIRs and in this photo they're investigating the new banty baby. (In the cat carrier) The coop was an insulated dog house that we got from Craigslist. It was listed for $10, but when we picked it up, they just gave it to us for free! The run is made from our old deck, so the project was pretty much a freebee! If I ever figure out how to post more pics, I'll put up some of the nesting boxes inside, and their new location behind the garden!

And you even added a little planter on the dog...whoops....I mean chicken house. I love it. It doesn't get any better than free.
