red bantam cochin- pullet or cockerel????????

This bird is about 8 to 9 weeks old. Born in the middle of Feb. It has only started to get the wattles and red comb in the last two weeks. I thought it was a pullet all along but now I am not so sure. What do you think?

Do you have other cochins the same age to compare it to? My cochins got combs EARLY, and cockerels were easy to tell by 4 weeks! (Looks boyish to me, but then again...)
