Red Crested Pouchard info and pic's

I am looking at getting a pair of Red Crested pouchards, and wanted to know what info i need, and see some pic's of yours.

Here are some pictures of the two pair I have. I haven't been through a breeding season with them yet but they have at least paired up.
They get along well with every thing else I have in the aviary together. They do like to dive though and will be right their with everyoone else chasing my little Mergansers if he catches a fish and they don't.
