A few of my hens and my rooster have a little redness between their toes. Not too bad, but noticable. It's been wet here for about a week now. Is it the wet ground or do they have something serious? Any one know what's going on. Should I worry?

I have the same problem with my 8 month old rooster but the coop and run are dry. Any other suggestions?
