My chicks are about 6 weeks old and this morning I noticed red in their droppings on their MHP. What could this mean? How do I treat? I have Corid, ACV and Nutri drench at home already. TYIA!

I would be safe and get some Corid powder 1 1/2 tsp/gallon or liquid 2 tsp per gallon, to treat their water today. Are all active, alert and feeding? By the time they show symptoms with coccidiosis, they can be really sick. Treat all chicks for 7 days, and put probiotics into their feed if the food doesn’t list them on the bag.
Some may feel that is intestinal shed, but it looks to be a lot. Any red or orange gel can be coccidiosis.

Ok great! I treated the whole flock since they are integrated during the day. Thank you for the tips! They are all feeding, crops are full and bathing in the sunshine!
