Red Pullet (or not?)

I am holding out in the hopes that this Red will end up not being a Roo. I picked up this "red pullet" when it was 2 days old. It is now 9 1/2 weeks old. Verdict?

If I was to guess, I'd guess cockerel because I have three of those, mine are only 6 1/2 weeks but they have hardly any comb and no wattles. Yours has a big comb and wattles, so that is why I'd guess its a cockerel.
