Their poop comes out foamy as well I don’t know why

I found several game bird feed suppliers in the UK. Marsden, Heygates and Top Gun Game Feeds all seem to have some high protein options. Quail tend to need 28% or higher protein in a starter and and still need high protein once they've reached maturity. I typically feed a 28% feed to the chicks and then transition them to a 24% feed as they mature.
I'd say the foam you're seeing is probably from male birds and is normal.

I don’t know what the foam would be then they not 3 weeks , but they have natural medicine for there intestinal insides and a booster with good things in it
