Still trying to figure out if my babies are red star pullets. This is them

at a little over 2 weeks old. They are feathering out some, is it still to early to say if they are red star pullets yet?

The ones with the darker stripes down their backs don't look like typical hatchery red sexlinks. They look like Production Red type chicks. You won't know if they are male or female until they are a few weeks older. The ones that are solid gold all the way down their backs look like red sexlink pullets. In 6 to 8 weeks, it should be pretty clear what you have. Red sexlinks feather in red/gold/brown with some white feathering on their back half. Production Reds are solid red.

I agree.
