Reddish feet

Hello

2-3 days old chick noticed it's lifting it's foot and it's kind of reddish, any advice would be appreciated

Note: I have a highly limited access to medicine, vets and such

Noticed chick picking another chicks feet then I saw blood from under the nail, this 2nd chick has the same reddish color on his feets and legs then I clicked few other chicks and they all have reddish veins on their feet i don't know if this is normal I haven't seen this before in my previous hatches, urgent help required please
