ref Email Pictures and Deleting posts

I am new to posting. I have looked all over trying to find out how to post a picture in an email and I can't find it...(Probably good thing it isn't a snake cause it probably would of biten me....)
Also, can i delete a for sale ad in this category that i mistakenly put in the wrong category?

Just click the Insert image icon or Add attachment one.
Is it for posting a picture here or in an e mail elsewhere.
