Refertlising old chicken

If chicken grows old and either stops laying egg or lay less egg then how to increase egg laying ability?

Female chickens are born with the eggs that they will lay within their lifetime as adults that they will then add the shells to. When she is old and stops laying eggs, the eggs that she was born with have all run out. You can't make her lay anymore eggs, because she used them all up.
