Registering Roosters As Show Chickens With 4-h In Order To Keep Them

Has anyone ever heard of this?

My 3 roosters are at a Farm-type place. There are two other roosters nearby and apparently someone is complaining.

I was told if I register them as show roosters, that is a reason to keep them there otherwise I guess they will be exiled.

I live in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Can anyone give me any info on it? I'm googling my butt off and coming up with nothing.

I really love my roosters and do not want to part with them.

I would move to another city or state in order to keep them but prefer not to.
