Rehoming bantam rooster in New Mexico

Is there anyone in northern New Mexico that would be willing to take a blue breasted red old english bantam cockerel? He's been crowing a lot and I live in the middle of town so I can't have him keep doing that. I've been trying to rehome him, but I don't know any people that could want him.
