I found multiple locations worked best. You can try your regional pages on BYC; also craigslist (best to offer a price for cockerel if you don't want him going to rooster-fighting), any local FB pages for chickens or forming, and you may also have Yahoo or Google or Meetup groups in your area for chickens, ducks, homesteading, permaculture, etc.
