Rehoming young rooster

I have a 16 week old rooster who terrorizes the hens. He chases after them and will rip our tail feathers and eat them. I have another much larger rooster in the same flock but he doesn’t do much to help the hens. Any ideas on how to locate a new home. ??? I live in SC

I have had luck by posting unwanted cockerels on local and regional FB Poultry Groups. In the meantime, crate him so he cannot harass the pullets and hens any longer.

So sorry you are having difficulties with your rooster. It's not easy to rehome the boys. You might start here on BYC and start a thread in our Buy Sell and Trade forums... https://www.backyardchickens.com/forums/#buy-sell-trade.67

Craigslist is always helpful. Ask around your local 4-H clubs, they seem to know all the poultry keepers.
